We formed this company initially with the goal of making wildland fire camps more comfortable and safer for the brave men and women who fight wildfires. We had friends in the industry who told us stories of fire camp life. We thought there must be some products that we could supply to solve some of their unique problems of setting up camps with little notice, and in remote and varied terrain. With our joint backgrounds in the safety industry and fire industry, Top Gun Resources was founded.

April has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fish and Wildlife from Oregon State University. She brings 18 years of experience working within the Safety Product Industry. Her family has been in the Safety Business since 1989 and has access to key American Made Manufacturers and Distributors.

Debbie Valentine, CFO
Debbie has a Master’s Degree in Curriculum from Concordia University Irvine. Debbie specializes in communications, research, and e-commerce. She has 21 years in education and she knows how to effectively communicate with a variety of people and backgrounds.

Jim Valentine, Operations
Jim has an Associate’s Degree in Forestry from Central Oregon Community College. He brings 25 years of experience working in Wildland Fire Management and Logistics. He has training with FEMA and other Governmental Organizations from Federal and Local levels. He also brings experience as an industrial resource specialist.
